Shining Star Recognition Plaque - Art Deco Design, 4 Frame Colors

Shining Star staff recognition plaques for the people who keep an organization running. An Art Deco design with your logo on the plate, in four frame colors, a gold or silver plate and three sizes.

This is the award for back-office and support teams - the ones who are not on the sales board and rarely get called up. The restrained geometric styling suits a professional services or administrative setting.

The design

Geometric Art Deco corner accents give the plate a structured, understated frame, with your company or organization logo set at the foot. It is the quieter of the two Shining Star layouts.

Change any of the wording

Every design here is a starting point, not a fixed template. Change the award title, the recipient name, the job title, the dates, the message and the year, add your own logo, and move the layout around until it says what you want it to say.

Four frame colors, gold or silver plate

Walnut, mahogany, oak and black frames, each offered with a gold or silver plate - eight combinations in all, chosen from the dropdown on this page. The plate is UV printed in full color, so a logo or crest reproduces exactly as supplied.

Three sizes

Choose 7" x 9", 8" x 10" or 9" x 12". The smallest suits a desk or a cubicle wall, the largest carries a longer citation and a logo comfortably.

What it suits

Administration, operations and support staff, IT and facilities teams, back-office and finance, long-serving assistants, and recognition for people who work behind the scenes.
