Returns & Refund Policy

At Awardsco, we take pride in the quality of our awards and personalized gifts. Each order is crafted with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Custom & Personalized Products

  • Final Sale: Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error in production.
  • If we make a mistake with engraving, printing, or personalization, we will gladly remake or replace the item at no cost.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

  • Return Window: You may return eligible non-custom items within 10 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • 30% restocking fee on standard products.
    • 50% restocking fee on closeout or clearance items.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging, as the shipping carrier may require inspection for claims.
  • We will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
