At Awardsco, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Below you’ll find details about our production times, shipping services, and delivery costs.

Processing & Production Times

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: May require additional time depending on complexity. If timing is critical, please contact us and we’ll confirm expected lead times.
  • Rush Orders: If you’re on a tight deadline, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please email sales@awardsco.com or call 1-800-621-8826.

Shipping Services & Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 ship anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat fee of $9.95.
  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping (continental U.S. only).
  • UPS Ground Transit Times: Typically 1–4 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout when you enter your ZIP code.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2nd Day Air, Next Day, and other options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
  • You can also log into your Awardsco.com account at any time to check order status and shipping updates.

International, Alaska & Hawaii Orders

  • Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii) do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

Damages & Returns

  • Damages: Report any broken or damaged shipments to us within 5 days of delivery. Please keep all packaging in case a carrier inspection is required.
  • Returns: Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 10 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to standard items; 50% restocking fee applies to closeout items.
  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom and personalized products are final sale.
