You have 5 days from the time you receive your item(s) to contact us about your broken item(s). If possible please save the box or boxes the items arrived in as we may need to file a UPS claim.

On accepted returns there is a 30% restocking fee for non-closeout items, all closeout items have a 50% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 10 days of the time you receive your order. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.
