What is the difference between "sublimation" and "engraving"?
Sublimation - Black print onto the item.
Engraving - Engraved/Etched into the item. If you run your fingers over it you'll be able to feel the engraving.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 to the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders. Custom order do NOT include free shipping.

What should I do if I have a large order and can't place the entire order at one sitting?
We recommend using the save this order functionality which is available in your shopping cart page. You will receive an order number and need a valid email address. Please save your order number.

What is your policy on broken items?
You have 5 days from the time you receive your item(s) to contact us about your broken item(s). If possible please save the box or boxes the items arrived in as we may need to file a UPS claim.

What if I don't like my item(s) or ordered too many trophies?
On accepted returns there is a 30% restocking fee for non-closeout items, all closeout items have a 50% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 10 days of the time you receive your order. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

How are your trophies measured?
We measure from the bottom of the base to the top of the figurine. Please note some figurines vary in sizes depending on the sport selected and may vary by up to an inch either way.

We are looking for Lacrosse Championship trophies, what is the largest size trophy you have?
We offer Lacrosse Trophies up to 36" tall. This trophy and all our other trophies include free text personalization.
